    are subject to these terms and

    conditions.

    By submitting your booking to us, you

    represent that you have the authority to

    make the booking for you or on behalf of

    your party. You should check the

    details

    of your confirmation carefully and

    promptly to ensure that it accurately

    reflects the booking you have

    requested,

    and you should immediately inform us

    of

    any discrepancies or alterations.

    1. If you’re running late, we offer a grace

    period of 20 minutes. If you arrive after

    the 20-minute grace period, even with

    phone call notice, you will be charged a

    $25-$50 late fee, moved to the next

    available time opening or end of the

    working day.

    2. In the event of force majeure or for

    any

    reason outside of the operator’s control,

    Frame Tails Kayaks, reserves the right

    with or without prior notice

    to postpone,

    reschedule or cancel an activity.

    All tickets

    purchased to be used during this time

    will be amended, or refunded at the

    guest’s discretion.

    3.Frame Tails Kayaks is not responsible

    for

    inclement weather conditions.

    4. Children under the age of 18 must be

    always accompanied and supervised

    by an adult.

    5. All participants and any belongings

    carried in the kayak are subject to

    getting wet.

    Valuables should be left on shore

    in a

    safe place as Frame Tails Kayaks is not

    responsible for lost or damaged

    valuables.

    6. Frame Tails Kayaks prices do not

    include: transportation, food or soft

    drinks, or water.

    7. This booking is partial refundable

    $70 cancellation fee, if cancelled

    2 days (48 hours)

    before the scheduled activity time.

    8.No Show Appointments are NOT

    Eligible for a refund!

    9. We do not offer refunds when you

    book an appointment for a

    date and request to have

    services sooner than what is actually

    booked.

    10. Last minute illnesses, injuries, jet lag, a

    poor mood or a hangover are not

    acceptable reasons to request a refund

    for a scheduled Photoshoot.

    11. If you wish to change your booking in

    any

    way after your payment has been

    received,

    we will do what we reasonably can to

    accommodate such changes and the

    price

    of your activity may increase or

    decrease to

    reflect the changes requested by you.

    12. If any member of your party commits

    an illegal or potentially dangerous act

    including carrying or taking drugs

    during or before an activity,

    is under the influence

    of alcohol,

    persistently disregards the

    instructions of our guides,

    or is disruptive or exhibits difficult

    behavior,

    we reserve the right to terminate such

    persons’ participation in the activity &

    there will be no right to any refund.

    13. We may take photos and videos of

    our guests.

    We reserve the right to use these

    in our social media and any other

    promotional material. If you wish to opt

    out, please email us.

    14. No swimsuit changes are allowed!

  • Please provide 48 hours (2 days)

    notice of cancellation in order to

    receive a full refund.

    No-show, no refund. In the event

    of operator cancellation due to

    inclement weather or other

    unforeseen circumstances, you

    will be given the option to choose

    an alternative date or receive

    a full refund.

    If any member of your party

  • By participating in the

    photoshoot, the client agrees to

    follow all safety and handling

    instructions provided by Frame

    Tails. In the event that a client

    refuses to follow instructions

    and this results in damage to

    photography, drone, or kayak

    equipment, the client will be

    held financially responsible for

    the repair or full replacement

    cost of the damaged

    equipment.

    This policy helps ensure a safe

    and successful shoot for

    everyone involved.
